ARTEH® – Hotels and Resorts has defined a specific classification for hotels. This concept has been divided into the following categories:
Must
Hotels rated with 5 stars or hotels of smaller dimensions, boasting historically renowned roots with personalised style either in their architecture or decor.
Platinum
Hotels rated with 5 stars, of varying sizes, with superior quality installations and service characteristics.
Gold
Hotels with a 5 star rating with standard installation and service characteristics, or hotels with a 4 star rating with superior quality installation and service characteristics.
Silver
Hotels with a 4 star rating with standard installation and service characteristics.
Bronze Hotels with 3 star rating with superior quality installation and service characteristics.
Although ARTEH®’s ratings are based on the above mentioned criteria, there are other specific criteria that may warrant particular evaluation and therefore may influence the ARTEH® team decision.
