Ayurvedic massage

Abhyanga Massage (60 minutes)
Consists in a whole body massage with warm vegetable oils. Besides a tepid sensitive fluidity on your skin, this massage will relax you and harmonize your body and mind, helping remove toxins, rejuvenating tissues and treating your muscles.

Sea Salt Bath (30 minutes)
The salt is crucial in maintaining our metabolism and our immune system’s balance.  Immersion in a sea salt bath is a invigorating therapy, carried out at a temperature between 30º and 36 ºC, and provokes a sensation of lightness and wellbeing, allowing many essential elements for our organism to be absorbed through the skin.

Notice: In the Ayurvedic Therapies, the client should take a soothing tea at the beginning and in the end take another Ayurvedic tea sweetened with honey, so that the liquids are replaced in the organism.

Therapies

Mystic Massage (1h30)
The massage is carried out on a tatami (Japanese traditional mattress), and begins with the opening of the chakras through a Tibetan cup as well as a specific mantra for each chakra, after which therapeutic oils are used for a relaxing massage. At the end of the therapy, the chakras are closed using once again the ritual of the Tibetan cup, after which one will enter into a profound rest.

Therapy with Tibetan Cups (60 minutes)
This is an experience of eminently spiritual character, which apply a holistic vibration technique with therapeutic effects. The sounds and the ultrasounds emitted by the cups act direct and indirectly on the human organism, provoking a deep relaxation and an immediate sensation of wellbeing.
