Hunting Season has begun at York House
From the 1st of November the unquestionably talented Chef Eugénia Cerqueira will continue to surprise our palates with several dishes of game she has prepared for York House.

One has the opportunity to savour, either at lunch or at dinner, the Veal Tournedos with wild berry sauce, Fillets of Hare sautéed in Port Wine Sauce, Hare Pie, Quail in Vanilla Vinegar Sauce, Wild Pigeon stuffed with shallots and bacon, and, upon special order, Snipe on toast spread with its own pâté.

To complement the wonderful meal, allow yourself to be tempted by the deliciously innovative desserts created by Sofia Abecassis: Passion Fruit Panna Cotta, Pear Crumble with dark chocolate sauce, or the Chocolate Tart with orange sauce.
