Anderson Terra, one of the pastry chefs of the Grande Real Villa Itália, an ARTEH® Hotel in Cascais, is this year's winner of the Chocolatier Competition of the Óbidos International Festival.

The delicious desserts of Anderson Terra that were awarded during the competition were inspired by Spring, tropical fruits and, of course, chocolate.
