Days after winning the Gold Medal from DO Penedés, the Can Bonastre Blanco 2007 Wine, from the Can Bonastre Wine Resort, an ARTEH® Hotel in Masquefa, Barcelona, was also awarded with the Silver Medal from the Challenge International du Vin, organized by the Wine Contest association in France.

This Wine Contest, the first international wine competition, organized in France, has thirty years of existence and is nowadays considered one of the most prestigious in the world.

The Can Bonastre Blanco 2007 Wine is a blend of Chardonnay (40%) and of Xarel-lo (60%). It presents a light yellow color with tones of bright and intense green, with scents of tangerine and fresh litchis, a touch of peach and a soft and sugary taste.

The Can Bonastre Blanco 2006 Wine was also awarded with a Gold Medal on the Brussels World Contest, and the Can Bonastre Blanco 2008 Wine was equally awarded with a Gold Medal and considered the finest white wine from the DO Penedés.
