The York House, an ARTEH® Hotel in Lisbon, has received a 4 Star Hotel classification.

In the York House restaurant, Chef Nuno Diniz shows a contemporary cuisine with strong Portuguese roots, where the seasonal menu takes advantage of the quality and freshness of the ingredients.

For this Summer the spotlight goes to the lobster, mango, tomato and avocado salad and the twice cooked anjou pigeon, with roasted and stuffed potato.

The delicious desserts are of the responsibility of Sofia Abecassis, who this season proposes the strawberry vichyssoise with basil, or the egg bundle with a shot of lime, ginger and mint.
