The historical and glamorous Pousada de Viseu located in Viseu, Portugal, is now an ARTEH® Hotel.
The recovery and reconversion of the 18th century building of Săo Teotónio Hospital into a charming hotel, presents a successful combination of its historical architecture and the contemporary spirit of its decoration.
Its history begins in 1793, when the first stone was set, and its public opening was registered in 1842 after a long construction period. It was deactivated at the end of the 20th century and finally renovated, from 2007 to 2009, for the beginning of a new era.
