The Belvedere restaurant of Grande Real Villa Itália, an ARTEH® Hotel in Cascais, launches the Autumn Menu.

The Autumn Menu, a result of the talent of Chef Paulo Pinto and his team, includes some award winning dishes in various Portuguese and international contests, such as the Global Chef Challenge, Young Cook of the Year, “Revolta do Bacalhau” Contest and Chocolatier of the Year.

Accept the invitation and come and discover the delicious chicken cream with vegetable timbales, the sunniest flavours of sole rolled in pesto over chestnut puree or the guinea fowl breast stuffed with walnuts and mushrooms, apple, alheira (a traditional sausage) and turnip greens in a wrap.

To finish, for dessert, dare yourself to taste a green tea sponge cake with ganache.
