On the 23rd January 2010 the 7th Edition of the Traditional Flavours Route will be launched at the Convento do Espinheiro, an ARTEH® Hotel in Évora.

The Convento do Espinheiro, in association with the municipality of Évora, has the honour to host the launch of this annual initiative promoting Alentejo's traditional cuisine.

The program includes a conference on "Traditional Gastronomy as a Local Factor for Development" followed by a food show by the adhering restaurants with degustation of the best Game and Pastry delicacies, accompanied by a wine tasting session of awarded Alentejo wines and a surprise musical moment.

Guests staying for a minimum of 2 nights are invited to participate in the event.
