The Xôpana restaurant, welcomes Summer with a new menu prepared essentially with local products, rich in regional flavours.

Signed by Chef Momo Abbane, this new menu was conceived to contribute in solidarity towards the local economy, namely through the acquisition of products from small local producers. 

Come to the Madeira Island, to uncover the delicacies of the Mediterranean gastronomy such as dry tomato sauce in a wild mushrooms risotto, nut and pistachio pesto in a renewed fish-sword dish or a banana tarte tatin which will make your mouth water.
