According to study results, taken part by the Spanish Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Commerce, Spain registers a significant increase concerning international tourism.

In June 2010, the arrival of international tourists in Spain increased a 1,7%, giving a total of 5,3 million tourists.

The main outbound markets are: France (+5,7%), Italy(+5,4%), Germany (+1,7%).
