Until the end of the month, it will take place the seventh edition of Reguengos de Monsaraz Gastronomy Festival, which main aim is to promote the local restaurants, as well as the regional products, with highlights to the sausages and the wine.
About two dozens of restaurants have adhered to this initiative by the local municipality, offering a menu filled with regional delicious plates, such as the spinach “açorda”, pork’s feet in coriander and lamb “ensopado”, just to name a few.
