According to information from VisitBritain, the official organism of the British tourism, the United Kingdom managed to maintain the status of the 4th most admired country in the world, from a list of 50 destinations.

The voting was a result of interviews of twenty thousand people around the world about how they see each country.

In relation to the tourism sector, the United Kingdom also maintained its 5th place as "most desired touristic destination".
