On the 24th of December 2010, the Christmas Eve dinner starts with a tasty Christmas broth, followed by an octopus carpaccio with pepper vinaigrette and a bean salad. As main dish, the traditional Christmas boiled cod or stuffed turkey will please everyone. For dessert savour the usual Christmas pastries.
On the 25th of December 2010, a Degustation Christmas lunch awaits you in three acts. Delight yourself with the leek cream with shrimp and thyme, taste the stuffed sole bundles over sautéed vegetables and basmati rice, and savour the fig fondant with goat cheese and Port reduction ice cream. For dessert, delight yourself with Christmas cake, egg pudding or creamy egg-cake.
