The Palácio do Hotel Albatroz, an ARTEH® Hotel in Cascais, invites food and wine lovers to try the cooking classes and wine tastings.

The cooking classes, given by Chef Vitor Claro, take place in the Palace's New Kitchen.

The class consists in the confection of:
- A starter;
- A main dish;
- A dessert;
- Selection of wines, according to the selected dishes.

The classes last about 3 hours and are divided in two:
- Do it yourself.
- Watch and learn.

- This experience is for a maximum of 25 people.

90 EUR per person.

The Palace's Old Kitchen is the ideal scenery for the wine tasting.

The program begins with a variety of light white wines, then it sets out to discover the world of aromas, according to the participants preferences!

The tasting lasts for one hour and is monitored by Eduardo Santos.
