Between the 3rd and the 14th July, it will take place in 33 restaurants in Trás-os-Montes the Summer Flavours Festival.
During this event the several participating restaurants will present the traditional gastronomy of the region for this time of the year. From the suggested alternatives, a special note to the “Segadas” Soup, Bragança Ball of Sardines, River Trouts on Charcoal and “Posta de Veado”.
The organization of this event is made by the Região de Turismo Nordeste Transmontano which is closing the cycle that started in October 2003 and which covered the other Seasons of the year.
A leaflet about this event supplies additional information on the participating restaurants and discloses some of the recipes that the visitors will be able to savour during the festival.
