The Divinus restaurant in Convento do Espinheiro, an ARTEH® Hotel in Évora, launches a new Summer menu with the signature of Chef Luís Mourão.
This is a contemporary and sublime menu where the simplest ingredients such as bread, herbs and a drop of olive oil are fundamental.
The Alentejo identity and culture stand out from the starters, the roasted Estremoz linguiça, the roasted pepper puré with sardine fillet, the coated goat cheese with a vine tomato jam and the small coated lamb chops.
For a hot Summer lunch, the Chef suggests the cod rice with fresh coriander or Atlantic sea bass with seafood açorda. From the land comes a pig tenderloin with tomato and oregano brad stew and with the fragrances of duck or the little Summer stew.
For dessert, nothing better that the traditional convent pastries.
