Maintaining its focus on traditional flavours, we highlight the stuffed figs with pata negra smoked ham and mozzarella cheese, the tuna belly with a small chard salad, crab risotto with pea puré, triggerfish in olive cream and sea urchin, sponge cake with Serra cheese and pumpkin jam, amongst other delicacies.
Presented in three tasting scenarios: Almeida Garrett, Folhas Caídas and Palco, or in unique acts in a tribute to the Portuguese poet Almeida Garrett and his work.
