The Restaurant A Colmeia, in Hotel do Colégio, will celebrate its first anniversary. For the event, the usual team of professionals directed by Joăo Rieff and Joăo Vasconcelos, will be able to count with the support of one of the most prestigious Portuguese Chefs – Miguel Castro e Silva. Miguel Castro e Silva, stood out in the modernization and evolution of the traditional Portuguese cooking in such a way that his restaurant Bull & Bear was elected as one of 25 European best – Financial Times, March 2004. So, in the next 1st October the restaurant A Colmeia will have the honour to serve a Tasting dinner by Miguel Castro e Silva, where his new menu will also be presented. |
