From Trás-os-Montes with the cuscos, the bísaro pork and the shells, to the Algarve and its Arabian influence with the oranges and the ras-el-hanout, passing in Açores with the chufas, the new menu also seeks Eastern inspiration with the lotus and jasmine from Macao and the sagú from India.
With a great focus on the quality of the Portuguese products, the new menu combines in perfection with the coldest seasons.
