To signal the reopening of this season, the Martinhal Beach Resort & Hotel, an ARTEH® Hotel in Sagres in Algarve, has the pleasure of receiving Chefs Diogo Noronha and Nuno Bergonse from Pedro e o Lobo restaurant to cook dinner on the 25th February 2012 (20h) at the O Terraço restaurant.

Dinner Menu
- Amuse bouche.
- Green egg, leek and parsley popcorn.
- Pork terrine, celery mayonnaise, horseradish
and purified apple comfit.
- Snapper, a concentrate of its juices, cassava, tapioca and sea fennel.
- Sweet oxtail with glazed salsify and rocket salad.
- Pre-dessert.
- Mousse and caramel chocolate sablé and milk cream.
