Olimar Reisen, a German tour operator, delivered a Golden Wave Award to the Bairro Alto Hotel, an ARTEH® Hotel in Lisbon, Portugal, who came first in the "City Hotels" category.

The award ceremony took place on the 8th of March 2012 during the Berlin Tourism Fair (ITB). Client satisfaction and their feedback, during the last two years, where the selection and nomination criteria of this winner.
