The ŔBaC Restaurant & Hotel an ARTEH® Hotel in Barcelona, was awarded by the Catalan Academy of Gastronomy as the Best Restaurant of Catalonia of the year 2011.
This elegant and exclusive restaurant headed by chef Jordi Cruz was also awarded with 2 Michelin stars.
This chef received a Michelin star a short time after the opening of his restaurant L'Angle. He had once before been awarded with a star from the prestigious guide for the restaurant L'Estany Clar, making him the youngest Spanish chef to receive this honour.
In 2006 he won the 1st edition of Chef of the Year and is currently the vice president of the event. He is now preparing his second book and the first is called "Kitchen's Logic".
