The L’AND Vineyards Resort, an ARTEH® Hotel in Alentejo, will cater the annual gastronomical event "Discípulos D’Escoffier”, on the next 20th and 21st of July of 2012.

This event counts with internationally renowned guests:
- (one Michelin star) executive chef from the “Il Gallo d’Óro” restaurant.
- (one Michelin star), executive chef from the “The Yeatman” restaurant.
- (one Michelin star), executive chef from the “Eleven” restaurant.
- (two Michelin star), executive chef from the “Fortaleza do Guincho” restaurant.

The host of this initiative will be the executive chef from L’AND Vineyards Resort, Miguel Laffan.

Programme
20/07/2012 - Opening of the event by chef Benoit Sinthon, who will make a brief presentation of the “Discípulos D’Escoffier” organization, its concept, followed by a barbeque by the hotel's pool.

21/07/2012  - Lunch at the Herdade do Freixo do Meio and a gala dinner at the L’AND restaurant where the enologist Paulo Laureano will be present, responsible for the L’AND … Vineyards Reserva 2009.
