On the 12th and 26th January 2013, the Memmo Baleeira, an ARTEH® Hotel in Sagres, will have cooking workshops available to its clients, all included in the price of the stay.
The workshops require a previous reservation and are limited to a number of participants.

12/01/2013 - Risotto Workshop From 17h30 until 18h30, chef Luís Bernardo will share tips for a perfect risotto, from the type of rice, to the temperature of the stock and cooking time.
Dinner suggestion Razor clam, shrimp and coriander risotto.
26/01/2013 - Cataplana Workshop From 17h30 until 18h30, chef Dario Santos reveals the secrets and flavours of this regional dish from Algarve. Accept the suggestion and end the day with a cataplana at the hotel restaurant.
