St Valentine’s Day Menu Hotel do Colégio has prepared a special menu de dégustation for its St. Valentine’s Day dinner:
- Dégustation du Chef with sparkling wine and passion fruit cocktail. - Colégio crispy entrée - Salmon with ginger - Duck breast with honey, rosemary and almonds - Chocolate with peppermint in aromatic baskets
This menu is priced at 25 EUR per person and includes the house red and white wines, water, and coffee.
For lunch, Hotel do Colégio has prepared a special buffet that, in addition to the soup, salads, and desserts, will include as main dishes: tuna with rustic bread and honey, and tender pork leg. The drinks are also included and it is priced at 15 EUR per person.
