ARTEH® - Hotels and Resorts presents the most recent gourmet creations from the restaurant A Confraria at York House in Lisbon, Portugal.
 
The art of fine dinning has been since ever a priority to York House, and this spring is no exception. As to update the Hotel’s gourmet concept, York House invites Chef Nuno Diniz – renowned Portuguese cooking author Chef – and the result is the creation of a new and surprising menu with delicious summer flavors.
 
The pumpkin cream with sautéed fresh foie-gras, or the mince pies with fresh foie-gras and mashed carrots, wild snook with a fresh herb crust and duck confit, with grilled artichoke, bread purée and port wine sauce are some of the mouth watering creations that compose this season's menu.
 
The desserts are still exclusively created by Sofia Abecassis and maintain the undeniable deliciousness. The strawberry soup with sparkling wine sorbet or the white chocolate puddings with raspberry sauce are some of the new desserts.
 
More news includes the partnership with Portuguese wine magazine Nova Critica, through which York House will host several gourmet wine dinners, having the wine critic Pedro Gomes select the best wine for each dish. During the dinner, Pedro Gomes himself will describe the wine and the food will be commented by Chef Nuno Diniz.
