It pinpoints global trends in the culinary world, attracting international celebrity chefs, professional cocktail makers and nearly 50,000 food and wine enthusiasts.

Demonstrations, exhibitions, hands-on workshops and competitions, including the National Barista Championship, entertain the crowds.
