| P align=justify>Tuscany's top chocolatiers take part in this chocolate fair, held at Saschall, the city's newest theatre, in Januray.
The programme includes chocolate sampling, games, shows and live music. There are also two photography workshops, one on the sensual aspect of cocoa, the other geared towards still life and chocolate composition.
