As a result of an obviously growing demand, the Independent Hotel Chain created a selected Journey Around Member Hotels with distinctive SPAs.
- The First SPA Circuit presented a circuit in Portugal, Spain and France
- Update Nr 1 was inspired by The Spanish Culture and History, bringing together a luxurious Spanish City SPA Selection.
- Update Nr 2 took SPA Seekers to India and presented an Oriental Scented Selection with Mystic Therapeutically Solutions.

Update Nr 5, which brings us to the sixth SPA Circuit, takes you to 3 of the most stylish Hotels in Spain: Mas Passamaner in Tarragona, Posada Casa del Abad in Ampúdia and Hospes Villa Paulita in Puigcerdá.
Mas Passamaner
Framed in a 1920’s mansion designed by the prestigious architect Domenech i Montaner, it has been completely renovated into a modern project by Angel Garcia Puertas.
Besides the 19 rooms and 7 suites, divided into isolated wings, this modern Hotel offers a higher quality Restaurant run by 5 Michelin Stars Chef Joaquín Koerper.
The SPA completes the charming experience of this Hotel, where the traditional experiences are complimented by personalized skin treatments as a result of the recent alliance with SPA Darphin by Estée Lauder.

Posada Casa del Abad
Framed by an historical village, close to Valencia in the Castile and Leon region in Spain, stands the Posada Casa del Abad, a fully refurbished 17th Century building converted into a Modern Hotel.
The Hotel’s fusion of the Past and the Present is reflected at the Michelin Star Restaurant El Arambol, which was creates in a former wine celler and serves traditional dishes, re-invented by Chef Joaquin Koerper.
