ARTEH® - Hotels and Resorts welcomes its two new members: Pousada Rancho do Peixe in Preá Beach and Pousada Vila Kalango in Jericoacoara. Now, ARTEH® clients can choose between a total of 7 hotels in South America, a number that has been growing since the brand entered the Brazilian market in 2006.
 
Both units offer a typical scenario of a Beach transformed into a Paradise Destination, with Bungalows built with local materials and Perfumed by Coconut and Cashew Tree Gardens that make way to the sea.
 
The Decoration is Rustic and strives for Comfort and Sophistication. The Details make all the difference with the use of Moracatiara Wood to assure Natural Ventilation, and the views that vary between the Gardens, Dunes and Sea. The film score is the constant undulation that brings Life to the Coast and it’s possible to Travel further with the wireless internet that covers all areas.
 
These two units differ by being located in a Prime Destination for Kite and Windsurfers. The Preá and Jericoacoara Beaches offer the Best Wind Conditions, with an average of 25 knots between July and December, reaching 40 knots on some days.
 
Preá Beach, located 12 km from Jericoacoara, is considered the best of both because the wind is more constant and because of its direction, side On-Shore, from Sea to Land. This is the Beach were the Pousada Rancho do Peixe is located. With a 700 m Beach Front, there are a total of 16 Bungalows, 1 Restaurant and 2 Bars.
 
The Bungalows were all built with local Wood and Straw, and were renewed by Gui Mattos, who combined Sophistication with the Characteristic Details of the local Fishing Community.
 
A 15 min Buggy-Ride will take us to Jericoacoara and to the Pousada Vila Kalango, where the Sun Kisses the Sea and the Dunes Applaud. There are a total of 24 Rooms divided into Apartments, Bungalows and Palatifas. The 7 apartments are located in the Pousada itself, covering between 30 and 45m2; the 8 Bungalows are arranged in a Half Moon Shape among the Garden, and the Palatifa is a type of Bungalow that is built on Eucalyptus Columns 3 m from the ground and with a 180º View. All have capacity for 4 persons.
 
The Pousada Vila Kalango offers two Environments dedicated to Relaxation. A Massage Gazebo in the Garden and a Beauty Salon for Relaxation and Boby Treatments and Salt Baths, among which: Body Hair Bleaching, Mud Treatments, Peeling and Thalassotherapy. Among the Massages we Highlight: the Ayurvedic, the Reflexology, Shiatsu, Lymphatic Drainage, Hot Stones Therapy and Swedish Massage.
 
These two ARTEH® units were born thanks to a Group of Friends that, while searching for the Perfect Winds for the Practice of Kite and Windsurf, Fell in Love with the local Environment and created the Best Conditions to receive Sport, Nature and Tranquillity Lovers.

Jericoacoara is the Most Famous among the 21 Beaches of the Ceará, having been Elected by the Washington Post as one of the 10 Most Beautiful Beaches in the World in 1994.
