Starter Canapés, oysters and champagne.
Main Dish - Scallops with artichoke puree, crispy San Daniele ham and fresh salad. - Grouper with green asparagus raviolis, cherry tomato and caviar. - Lobster risotto with lemon and courgette slices. - Snapper filets coated with potato and saffron, with red shrimps and soy sprouts.
Dessert Orange tart and hot chocolate and wild berry cream.
Supper - Traditional Italian cotechino and Castelluccio lentils. - Coffee with panetone and traditional sweets.
