- Quail consommé with its confit breast, stuffed thighs with foie gras and low temperature cooked egg on a leek nest.
- Sauteéd sole fish with pak-choi, garlic bread and rice, with squid tempura flavoured with fresh coriander.
- Goatling roasted in red wine, glazed onions and brussels sprouts with crispy potato and wild mushrooms cake.
- Carrot and orange cake with caramelized walnuts, chocolate surprise egg and passion fruit sorbet.
- Red wine, white wine, water and coffee.
