On the 19th and 20th of September of 2014, the Feitoria Restaurante & Wine Bar from Altis Belém Hotel & SPA, an ARTEH® Hotel in Lisbon, will receive the Stars Route.
This event gathers in two tasting dinners, the creations from restaurant chefs who have received Michelin stars.
Hosted by executive chef Joăo Rodrigues , guests have the opportunity of tasting a selection of dishes from renowned chefs, as well as the best Portuguese and international wines.
For this event the following chefs have confirmed their presence:
19th September
- Vitor Matos, with 1 Michelin star from Largo do Paço Restaurant in Amarante, Portugal.
- Jacqueline Pfeiffer from Le Ciel Restaurant in Vienna, Austria.
- Benoît Sinthon, with 1 Michelin star from Gallo d’Oro Restaurant in Funchal, Portugal.
- Miguel Laffan, with 1 Michelin star from L’AND Restaurant in Montemor-o-Novo, Portugal.
20th September
- Miguel Rocha Vieira, with 1 Michelin star from Costes Restaurant in Budapest, Hungary.
- Vincent Farges, with 1 Michelin star from Fortaleza do Guincho Restaurant in Cascais, Portugal.
- Michel van der Kroft, with 1 Michelin star from ‘t Nonnetje Restaurant in Harderwijk, The Netherlands.
- Yves Le Lay, from Alexander Restaurant in Muhu Island, Estonia.
