- Less than 3 days before the arrival date - total reservation value.

- Up to 30 days before the arrival date - no penalty.
- Less than 30 days before the arrival date - total reservation value.

Early departure / reduction of stay - penalty

No show - penalty
Total reservation value.

Reservation guarantee
- Credit card.
- High Season (15/06/2019 - 15/09/2019) - prepayment of 30% of the total reservation value.

Payment
Made directly to the hotel by the customer.

Conditions for children
- Cradle (up to 2 years old) - free.
- Extra child bed (3 to 12 years) - 35,00 EUR.
- Extra adult bed - 70,00 EUR.
