The Palácio da Lousã was a real surprise!

I confess that on our first trip to Lousã and without any previous knowledge, upon arriving to the hotel we were surprised…

A very pretty building, decorated with incredible good taste, the spacious and charming rooms (I prefer good taste to ostensive luxury...) – maybe that´s the reason for my enchantment with the hotel.

As highlights, not only the hotel in itself, but the staff as well, from the reception staff on the night we arrived, to the barman on service that night (of course, we were unable not to have a drink of Liquor Beirão after dinner), to the member of staff on service at breakfast, who is a pleasure and gave us some hints on what to visit before we said good-bye to Lousã (where unfortunately we could only stay one night).

Forgive me all of the members of staff whose names I cannot mention, but I had the opportunity of transmitting these comments directly to the hotel.

I vividly recommend the hotel, the "land", the "mountain range" and the natural swimming pools! Everything worthy of being seen and appreciated.

Thank you very much for having helped us to spend an excellent family week-end in! And I hope to return.
