The International Academy of Gastronomy has elected chef Jordi Cruz from ŔBaC Restaurant & Hotel, a ARTEH® Hotel in Barcelona, as “Chef L'Avenir 2013”.
Elected for the second consecutive year as "Chef of the future", chef Jordi Cruz has already received various awards since the beginning of his career at the ŔBaC Restaurant & Hotel.
