From the 3rd of December of 2013 to the 30th of March of 2014, the Ancient Art Museum in Lisbon will receive the first exhibition in Portugal composed exclusively by pieces from Prado National Museum, the most important museum in Spain.

The Ancient Art Museum will host the most important public collection of the country, from the 12th century to the 19th century, and show 57 paintings from great 17th century landscape masters.

This exhibition results from an historical agreement signed between the two museums, which aims to implement projects in unison, promoting experiences of both collections.
