Cascade Wellness & Lifestyle Resort, an ARTEH® Hotel in Lagos, again receives the trust of several teams and national association football teams for its winter stages while being nominated in the World Travel Awards for the fifth consecutive year in the category Of "Europe's Leading Sports Resort".
 
In January 2017, the German teams of RB Leipzig and VfB Stuttgart and the Ukrainian team Shakhtar Donetsk took advantage of the winter break to prepare for the resumption of the competitions at the Cascade Resort in Lagos.

In February will be the turn of some national association football teams and an English Premier League team to visit the Resort, at a time when the hotel celebrates the nomination for the World Travel Awards 2017 and the recent reference of the American agency Bloomberg as one of the places to visit in 2017.

The four nominations already received for the Best World Sports Academy at the World Travel Awards, the 160m2 gym equipped with Technogym technology and the two FIFA fields of natural grass 50m from the hotel, as well as the executive chef's experience in football, may also have been weighing heavily on the decision to select the resort for a training place by various football teams in recent years.
