On the 10th June 2008 and in homage to Portugal´s National Day, the Convento do Espinheiro, an ARTEH® Hotel in Évora, presents a Concert of Gregorian Chants in the chorus of the Igreja de Santa Maria do Espinheiro, before supper. 

There will be three days of music, movies, puppets, shadow puppetry and a number of educational activities – this is what the Museu do Oriente will offer, soon after the official inauguration on the 8th of May, whoever visits its exhibitions.

This week-end Hotel Lusitano hosts a contemporary art exhibition. The paintings are by distinguished Portuguese artists and may be purchased.

As the refashioning of the Hotel starts to take shape, excitement is building around the entire new look. Consequently, we now feel that in addition to the new interior décor, a refreshed exterior is vital!
