The L’AND Vineyards Resort, an ARTEH® Hotel in Montemor-o-Novo and chef Miguel Laffan have conquered the first Michelin star for the L’AND restaurant.

The restaurant's concept seeks to affirm the new Portuguese gastronomical culture, reflecting history and culture, integrating experiences as well and ingredients resulting from the Portuguese Discoveries in the East.

Transporting the visitors on a gastronomical trip, the cuisine of chef Miguel Laffan inspires a natural environment which surrounds the hotel, to create the restaurant's menu with dishes of Alentejo influence and a updated interpretation.
