Emo Restaurant, at Tivoli Victoria, an ARTEH® Hotel in Vilamoura, will bring together, on the 23rd of May of 2015, chef Bruno Rocha and the oenologist Hamilton Reis, from the renowned estate Cortes de Cima, in the Alentejo, in order to offer a true gastronomic and wine experience.
This initiative is integrated in the EMO Invites project, which is in its 4th edition and intends on bringing to the Algarve the best of the Portuguese and international gastronomy and enology, promoting the exchange between renowned chefs and oenologists.
At 19h00 will begin a wine workshop, where the oenologist Hamilton Reis will present the wines that will be served and the chef Bruno Rocha will show the best ways to pair the wines with the dishes. Afterwards, at 20h00, will be served a dinner where gastronomy and wine meet. Dinner will be served until 22h00.
This is an excellent excuse for a weekend down the South of Portugal away from the routine.
