Vila Joya, an ARTEH® Hotel in Algarve, has just opened a new restaurant on Xiriguito beach in Albufeira.
Vila Joya Sea, as it is called, is situated in a private location and is small enough to maintain a family atmosphere where you can talk to the chefs and watch them cook.
The new space will also be run by chef Dieter Koschina, with two Michelin stars. It is a contemporary fusion cuisine in which most of the dishes are fish and seafood (not excluding sushi), but there are meat options.
It is suggested the sashimi of snapper (21 EUR), grilled prawn with avocado and tomato (23 EUR), oyster with apple and ginger (5 EUR) or sausage acorn with mustard sauce (23 EUR). They also serve mini wagyu burgers with peppers and cheddar cheese (11 EUR). To finish a coconut foam and mango ice cream (8 EUR).
